Maintenance Record:
The Northwest Riders 2008 Malibu vRide has had regularly scheduled maintenance at all of the necessary points in the proper upkeep of a wake boat. Bakes Marine Center of Issaquah, WA took excellent care in keeping this boat in tip-top running/mechanical shape. We have all of the service records available for potential buyers to have a look at. Proper fluid levels, impeller changes, oil changes, transmission checks, fuel efficiency checks, and other detailed service are just a few of the many areas monitored to ensure the best possible upkeep of this beautiful Malibu vRide.
Cleaning & Care:
This boat is a part of our company as we provide wakeboarding lessons throughout the summers and put on events in the area. We know many companies that use their boat in a similar fashion as us that will put more than the fair amount of wear and tear on it each season. At Northwest Riders, we are very intentional with letting our customers know how to care for the boat. No shoes are allowed inside on the interior, no “messy” foods are ever in the boat, and a proper wipe down always follows the day’s events.Â
In addition, we pulled the boat out of the water (it is moored on-water in the summer) multiple times per month to thoroughly wash and detail the exterior and interior. Vinyl, hull, and even the tower and trailer are not left off the list of things to tidy up.Â
Finally, at the end of each season we pay to have the boat professionally detailed. This includes cleaning up the gel coat completely and waxing it to an “as-new” shine. Then, we have the boat winterized and put away snug for the off-season. We bring in all of the removable cushions and store them indoors as well.
