Wake Games

Shawna Hoffman took 1st Place in Jr. Woman’s. She flat out owns the Jr. woman’s division: 1st in wake games last year, 1st at Nationals, 1st at Worlds & 1st at wake games this year. During the Pro Tour stop in Atlanta, Shawna will be stepping up and riding Pro woman. Congratulations !

Randy Scagliotti reported that, “the Pro Men’s finals were the best I have ever seen and I’ve seen a few”.

Philp Soven took 1st with this flawless run: T/S 900 T/S 720, back side 720, Whirly Dick (720) Dum-Dum

Easy E Adam Arrington placed 2nd w/ his run: T/S 900 back to back 720’s, Dum-Dum, KGB, 270 transfer

And the legend Shawn Murray took 3rd w/ : Blind Judge, Crow Mobe 540
*Good to him him back on the podium

Our Northwest Crew represented:

Alex Scagliotti started out good hitting a big nose batty, Whirly, Dum-Dum then went down hard catching the nose on a switch T/S transfer. He made a good recovery but went down on a H/S 720, and finished 6th. During his run on Saturday he landed a Slim Chance 540 and the comp announcers were giving him props all day which provoked an interview with FuelTV.

Sam Cole also rode good in his semi (1st) but like Alex had a rough finals going down twice in Men’s 1. Alex rode with him after the comp, and said he was killing it free riding.

Raequel Hoffman Placed 4th. Randy says, “She should have at least got 3rd with her run- She was robbed”.

Raequel & Shawna just rip. Alex has been riding with the girls for a couple of years now, fun to see them progress to this level, they are always smiling and having a good time on the boat and push each other to learn new tricks. Keep working hard girls & good things will happen. See you in Atlanta.

Don’t know where to post some props out to WB Northwest lens man Bryan Myss for his killer shots from the Shasta shoot. Great work, love the background shots with the bridges, we had some real good light that weekend, epic conditions so much fun. After checking out the gallarys I want ot go to Shasta right now……. Thanks Bryan for BBQing with your head lamp, (someone forget lanterns) & for capturing some great images.
